Lucky me.
When negative stimuli is perceived it travels from its source to its destination, the sensory cortex, at a mere 100 meters per second. But regardless of it’s relatively slow speed, this unpleasant sensation registers as something we call… pain.
And as humans, we are conditioned to do anything and everything to avoid it.
“There’s an ancient Chinese myth about the Red Thread of Fate. It says the gods have tied every one of our ankles and attached it to all the people whose lives we’re destined to touch. This thread may stretch or tangle, but it’ll never break. It’s all predetermined by mathematical probability, and it’s my job to keep track of those numbers, to make the connections for those who need to find each other… the ones whose lives need to touch.” - Jack Bohm

❝ I am immensely proud of the fact that it is really a show about something. […] It is about the play of ideas and emotions and philosophies, and ethics and manners. It is actually about something. ❞ - Hugh Laurie

I love this scene so much. She’s preparing herself. “This is the moment, Kate.” He’s walking away. Ending things. You can literally see face aging with the pain; with the unshed tears and emotion she’s holding back. She swallows, bracing herself for the break, the inevitable end, and then… he kneels.
She’s such a brilliant actress, how she shows the emotion with just her face

IF YOU AREN’T CRYING AT THIS POINT THEN YOU ARE LYING.

Hi! Yeah, it does sounds weird. I really don’t understand why all the repercussion here. It’s not a big deal to the general public.
Here in Brazil they already talked about Yahoo buying Tumblr on TV 3 times today (that I have seen).
Talking about Tumblr… on open TV… Why??
Stop it!!

Nathan Fillion. In glasses. That is all. *dead*
He should wear glasses more often. Also what’s that guy in the background looking so surprised for?
Glasses make him sexier.
